FAQs
How do I know that I can trust 4 Paws Wimbledon?
Will you need a key to my property?
A: Yes, if you are not at home during the day I would need a key to enable me to collect and return your dog or to visit your pets whilst you are away. Your key will always be kept in a secure place. My insurance also covers key loss in the unlikely event that it happens.
Will you walk my dog in all weather conditions?
A: Yes, I will be out walking dogs in all weathers. However, if we experience extreme weather conditions it might be a shortened walk or if unavoidable, postponement. What ever happens, I will keep you updated.
Where will you take my dog for his walk?
A: I like to use Wimbledon Common and Wimbledon Park but I occasionally go to Richmond Park so there is variety.
What areas do you cover?
I walk all dogs myself so as to ensure they get the best love and attention. This means that I have to limit myself to the Wimbledon area. If you fall just outside that, give me a call to discuss.
What times do you walk dogs?
I usually start at 9am weekdays but I can make it as early as 8am if required. I finish the day by 5pm but I do offer occasional evening, weekend or bank holiday services subject to availability.
What sort of payments do you accept?
I accept cash, cheques or bank transfer. I will shortly be offering on-line or phone payments by debit/credit cards.
Apart from dog walking, what are you other services?
I can visit your home whilst you are away to feed, clean and play with your pets. I look after cats, birds, hamsters and other small animals. While I am there, I can also pick up your post, open or close curtains, water plants etc.
Can you board my dog overnight?
No, not at the moment. I can occasionally stay at clients' homes while they are away to look after pets, but this is subject to availability.
I have another question that I can't find here.
If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me, either on phone, by email or contact page.
